It seems H&P will be adding AmiTCP/Genisis to the AOS3.9 but the developers of AmiTCP
do not know about it, and they say H&P would be illegaly pirating the software. 
It has come to our knowledge, that Haage&Partner is including AmiTCP/IP to some of
their products.

However, NSDi has never given out it's Intellectual Property Rights of AmiTCP/IP, especially
not to Active Software or Chris Wiles.

If such a contract has made by anyone, there has a criminal act been performed.

We consider distributing AmiTCP/IP without direct contract with us an act of piracy, and
will use any public channel possible to notify the public about the issue.

So that there is no confusion about any currently valid licensing contract, we will
revoke all current lisensing contract at this moment.

We are well able to do so, since Chris Wiles has not kept his part of the license, and
paying us any licensing fees since the beginning of the year 1999.
