Critical Zone
Critical Zone bundle

Retailer: Commodore UK
Launched: Late 1994

Critical Zone was the final CD32 bundle to be released (late 1994). Commodore US had entered liquidation, once again it was left to Commodore UK (with the aid of Amitek) to market the machine as it should be. Ironically, this is considered to be the greatest Amiga bundles ever, joining the prestigious Batman and Cartoon Classics. A sign of British ingenuity in a time when Commodore US had entered their own critical zone.

The bundle itself retailed for £230, a considerable saving in consideration of the fact that the console and games would have cost a total of £463 if they had been sold separately (sale prices are based upon the Silica Systems catalogue). Seven games were included: Cannon Fodder, Diggers, Liberation, Microcosm, Oscar, Project X and Ultimate Body Blows. A brilliant selection of Amiga and CD32 classics.
