C:DiskCopy

Duplicates a disk on to another disk. The disks must both be of the same size, such as 880k. You cannot copy a DD disk to a HD disk using this command.

  • FROM- The name of the device that the source disk is in.
  • TO- The device that the disk will be copied to.
  • NOVERIFY- Prevents the disk verifying when it is formatted. This will speed up the speed that the disk is formatted at. However, it does not check for errors in the transfer.
  • MULTI- Allows a disk to be copied to more than one destination without reinserting the source disk.
  • NAME- Changes the name of the destination disk to whatever you choose.
