To grab images you will require an digitiser attached to your Amiga. There are two types of digitisers available- slow and fast scan. Slow scan digitisers take longer to grab the screen image and so require it to be perfectly still, either through the video being paused or a static image in front of the camera.

Fast scan digitisers capture the image in real time by using memory buffers. This does however require alot of disk space and memory. There are still a large number of digitisers available that can provide you with quality digitised images or even short sequences. Check out the adverts in your favourite magazine for prices.
