Locale Preferences

The Locale preferences program allows the system location to be set. All the files required should be located in the Locale directory.

Available languages
This box indicates the languages currently available. To select the language click on the name, it should then appear in the Preferred Languages box to the right.

Country
The country box allows you to select the country that you are located in. This will affect the format that time and date are stored as well as the country code, telephone code, measuring system, as well as the currency and monetary symbols.

Time Zone
The time zone can be altered by moving the highlighted line over the area of the world that you live in.

To test the changes before they are saved click USE. Once you are happy with these click SAVE. To exit without saving select CANCEL.
