Cordel NitroPRO PowerPC Non-linear Video Workstation

This system is only for sale through custom-built units. This allows the business to tailor the system to their own demands, whilst restricting its use to the top 5% of the professional video market. The system is based upon the PowerPC 604e processor running at 200mHz, whilst the Amiga operating system uses the 68060 50MHz unit. It is fitted with a total 142Mb ram- 128Mb EDO, 12Mb fast and 2Mb Chip. The systems can also be fitted with any hard drive between 2-23Gb SCSI-wide hard drive, capable of storing 1.9 GB for audio track and 1 9 GB for internal storage (I know the figures don't add up, I'm just reporting from their web site). The system comes equipped with a 33.6kbps US Robotics modem and software, 20x SCSI CD-ROM drive, 1.76Mb floppy drive, PPC CyberVision graphics card with 8Mb ram, Video Toaster 4.2 plus an optional 10-base-T network card, 1Gb JAZ drive and monitor. To complement this configuration, the machine is bundled with the NewTek Flyer non-linear editor.
