What is an E-Mail signature?

A signature, like its paper-based counterpart is placed at the end of an e-mail. It basically tells the reader the name of the person who has written. Many people go for incredibly complex signatures such as long quotes from their favourite show or giving their job title. If you are using up-to-date e-mail software, such as YAM there should be an option to add a signature too all the mail that you send out. When designing a "sig" try not to make it too long, it will increase the size of the file you are downloading and increase the time taken to download it.
