XA- Error Correction- A protocol that detects and corrects data errors on CD-ROM drives.

XA- eXtended Architecture. An old CD-ROM standard that was intended to bridge the gap between different CD standards, such as CDi and Rockridge formats. Finally became known as ISO9660.

XGA- eXtended Graphics Array. An old IBM graphics adapter intended to supersede VGA. It didn't.
